Christian Dior abre sus puertas a los mejores estudiantes de moda

Hoy os quiero hablar sobre una iniciativa que surgió de la firma Christian Dior y más concretamente de su director artístico, Raf Simons. 

Today I want to talk about a new initiative that the brand Christian Dior, and more specifically its artistic director, Raf Simons had have.

Durante las semanas de la moda y los desfiles de alta costura que las marcas ofrecen cada seis meses un montón de alumnos de diseño de moda se arremolinan a las puertas de cada uno de estos desfiles para trabajar para los diseñadores vistiendo a las modelos con sus trajes. Para todo estudiante de moda esto ya es un honor impagable, pero lo último que ha hecho Raf Simons es darle la vuelta a este "honor". 

During fashion weeks and the Haute Couture runways that the brand offer every six months a lot of fashion students swarm around the gates of the shows to try to work for one of these designers dressing the models with their outfits. For every fashion student this is a priceless honor, but the last thing that Raf Simons have done has turn this "honor" on something bigger.

Después de los dos desfiles de alta costura que Christian Dior ofrece en París para prensa y compradores, la maison anunció que daría un tercer desfile para los mejores estudiantes de 16 escuelas de moda internacionales para que estos valoraran su trabajo. Algunas de estas escuelas son: las prestigiosas Royal College y la Central Saint Martins de Londres, la Parsons School de Nueva York o la escuela de Amberes. No solo eso, sino que los estudiantes incluso pudieron ver por la mañana el taller donde surge la magia, privilegio que muy pocos llegan a tener. 

After the two haute couture shows that Christian Dior offer in Paris to press and buyers, la mason announced that there will be a third show for the best students of the 16 best international fashion schools for they to rate their job. Some of these schools were: the prestigious Royal Collage and Central Saint Martins from London, Parsons School from New York and Amberes school. Not only that but the students could see the atelier were the magic happens at the morning, a privilege that just a few can have.

Esta increíble oportunidad que Raf Simons y la maison Dior les han ofrecido a estos estudiantes me ha parecido asombrosa. En un mundo en que, muchas veces, nadie le pone las cosas fáciles a nadie y en el que la competencia es grandiosa aun queda esperanza para los que intentan hacerse un hueco. ¡Bravo Dior!

I founded amazing this incredible opportunity that Raf Simons and la mason Dior had offer to these students. In a world were, lots of times, nobody makes things easy for anyone and were the competition is brutal there is still hope for those trying to gain a foothold.
